After plugging in the egg steamer, it will not start working if there is no water inside. Additionally, it will automatically power off once the internal water has fully evaporated. This is the normal working principle and not a product quality issue.

Steps for usage:
1. Add water: add water according to the scale of the measuring cup (please see the manual for details)
2. Place food: such as corn, eggs, buns, sweet potatoes
3. Turn on the power: close the upper cover, turn on the power and press the switch (the light is on)
